Each set of videos contains thirteen
30-minute programs from the popular TV series...on both saw blades and canvas.
Series Iincludes 3 round
sawscapes, plus 2 mountain scenes, 1 seascape, 2 "faux" matted scenes with the
designs flowing out onto the mat, an old covered wagon night scene and more -
all in different seasons.
Series II includes 3 paintings on
round saw blades, 1 handsaw, and various canvas scenes depicting the four
seasons...barns with corn stocks, country church in the snow, old country
farmhouses, rustic mills, sunset over a winding river, moonlit night scene,
mountains with pines, and other rural landscapes...
The Joy of Country Painting Books I and II
contain a detailed instructional oil painting guide of the same projects
featured on the Video Tapes. Books include large color photos of each
piece, many very detailed step-by-step black and white photos to refer to as you
paint, and thorough written instructions, as well as a small pattern which can
be enlarged to fit the surface you choose to paint on. The books would
make a great accompaniment to the videos and can also be used as quick reference
guide.
Books and Video Sets can be purchased
